Toyotasa Stock Transfer Completes
Selling operation to ALJ Lubnatsi Pazarlama ve Satis A.S. of the entire stock with a par value of TL 2,161,729.88 of Toyotasa Toyota Sabanci Pazarlama ve Satis A.S., part of Sabanci Holding’s portfolio, has been completed.
USD 84,986,923.27, the price of the 64.99% stock of Toyotasa Toyota Sabanci Pazarlama ve Satis A.S. held by Sabanci Holding has been collected. Following the said sale of stock, Sabanci Holding has no more shares in Toyotasa Toyota Sabanci Pazarlama ve Satis A.S.
